What Brazil Plumbing Is
Brazil Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners with plumbing problems. We connect people in Boise and across the Boise area with independent local providers who handle emergency repairs, drain cleaning and sewer line work. We do not employ plumbers, and we do not do plumbing work ourselves.
The Problem We Try to Solve
When a pipe bursts or a drain backs up, most people grab their phone and pick the first name that shows up. That is understandable, but it can lead to rushed decisions and surprise bills. This site is meant to slow that moment down a little. You get a local provider to talk to, plus plain information about costs, warning signs and the questions worth asking.

How Matching Works
When you phone or send the estimate form, we look at where you live and what kind of problem you describe. Your request then goes to an independent provider in our network who serves your area and handles that type of work. The provider contacts you to talk through the problem and arrange a visit if you want one.
Which provider you reach can depend on who is available and taking new work in your area at the time.
What We Ask of Providers
We expect providers in our network to treat homeowners fairly. That means answering questions honestly, explaining the work before starting it and giving written quotes when asked. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, insurance, permits and workmanship, and you should confirm those details directly with them.
When homeowners tell us about a poor experience, we take it seriously. Providers who fall short repeatedly may be removed from the network.

Brazil Plumbing may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. That is how the site keeps running. The payment does not change what the provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you approve, at the price you agree on.
